Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related disciplines. Proven experience as a hands-on Full Stack Product Designer owning the entire design process. Expert-level proficiency in Figma. Strong expertise in Lean Discovery, customer research, journey mapping, and user flow creation. Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or B2B applications. Strong background in data visualization, analytics platforms, and dashboard design. Experience with financial reporting tools, business intelligence solutions, or finance-related products.
Job Description:
Insight Global is sourcing for a Full Stack Product Designer to join a leading health solutions company that provides healthcare and retail pharmacy services. You will join a fast-paced product team focused on creating data-driven software solutions. This individual will own the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and research through execution and delivery, while partnering closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable conducting user research, defining product strategy, creating user journeys, and delivering polished high-fidelity designs in Figma. Experience designing analytics-heavy applications, dashboards, and financial reporting tools is highly desirable. As the Product Designer, you will be focused on heavy data/software tools, rather than retail environment. This position is fully remote working EST or CST, as a long-term contract role.
Compensation: $50/hr. to $60/hr exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
