Constellation Energy seeks a Manager, Online to lead digital customer engagement and e-commerce initiatives for our Utilities & Energy portfolio. In this role, you will own online channel strategy, optimize self-service platforms, and drive adoption of digital tools that improve customer experience and reduce service costs. You will manage performance analytics, coordinate with IT, marketing, and operations, and oversee online content and feature enhancements.
The Manager, Online will mentor a small team, ensure regulatory and security compliance, and support innovation in how customers manage and monitor their energy usage.
Responsibilities
- Lead online channel and digital customer experience strategy for energy products
- Manage and optimize self-service and account management platforms
- Use analytics to track performance, conversion, and customer engagement
- Partner with IT, marketing, and operations on digital roadmap and releases
- Oversee online content, UX enhancements, and feature prioritization
- Ensure cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance for online tools
- Manage and develop a small digital/online operations team
- Drive adoption of digital tools that reduce service costs and improve satisfaction
- Support innovation initiatives in digital energy management and monitoring
- Report KPIs and recommendations to senior leadership
