Manager, Online

Constellation Energy seeks a Manager, Online to lead digital customer engagement and e-commerce initiatives for our utilities and energy services. In this role, you will own online channel performance, optimize customer journeys, and drive acquisition and retention through web and portal experiences. You will manage a small team and partner with marketing, IT, and operations to deliver seamless self-service capabilities, analytics-driven improvements, and targeted campaigns.

The Manager, Online will track KPIs, oversee content and UX enhancements, and support new product launches that advance sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead online channel strategy for digital customer engagement in the utilities and energy sector
• Manage and develop a small digital team focused on web and portal performance
• Optimize online customer journeys and self-service capabilities to improve satisfaction
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and operations on digital initiatives and campaigns
• Oversee website and portal content, UX, and feature enhancements
• Use analytics to track KPIs, identify trends, and drive continuous optimization
• Support digital components of new product and sustainability-focused launches
• Ensure online experiences align with brand, regulatory, and security standards
• Manage vendor and internal stakeholder relationships for digital tools and platforms
• Prepare performance reports and recommendations for senior leadership
