Oracle is seeking an experienced Workforce Schedule Consultant to join a remote team. The role focuses on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, integrations, and post go-live support across enterprise environments. You will work on Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Talent, and more.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, HDL, HSDL, REST and SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud. Knowledge of Kronos and scheduling apps like Clairvia and Qgenda is a plus.
