Reprise Financial is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst I to be the first point of contact for end-user technology issues. The role supports a largely remote workforce, with in-office coverage in Irving, TX, and occasional executive support.
You’ll handle tickets via Jira and Zoho Manage Engine and work with Intune and JAMF for device management. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a technical help desk role, familiarity with Windows/macOS and Microsoft 365 apps, and strong communication skills.
