Amentum is seeking IT Support Technicians to back our DHS client at regional CONUS and OCONUS sites, with a pipeline for Tucson, AZ. You will deliver Tier 2 help desk support, troubleshoot hardware/software, and support video conferencing and remote access.
Strong Windows, AD, encryption, and backup experience are required, plus excellent customer service. Responsibilities include LAN admin tasks, device support, patch management, Service Now tickets, and deployment support.
