You will provide front-line end-user support, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions. This role requires Epic certification within four months;
Cadence certification is preferred.
Flexible remote work within CHCO region may be possible. Schedule is Mon–Fri 8am–5pm with on-call rotation.
