Overview LMI is seeking a skilled Senior Service Now Implementation Specialist for a Federal DoW client. This is a fully remote position. A successful Service Now Implementation Specialist will demonstrate competency in Service Now, requirements analysis, critical thinking, and business growth while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior. * Deliver the full implementation life cycle to support the deployment of Service Now modules into complex client environments
* Work with Agile teams and methodologies in a virtual environment.
* Develop a good understanding of the customer's Service Now business needs.
* Coordinate with client stakeholders to understand the mission needs of the client and implement those requirements in Service Now
* Provide technical expertise on all technical questions related to assigned implementation on the Service Now platform.
* Deliver in progress and final capability demonstrations of Service Now implementation to client stakeholders
* Implement Service Now modules for multiple customers.
* Implement configurations and customizations for multiple customers.
* Create and manage work spaces, business rules, UI actions, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user portals. Qualifications Required Experience
* Undergraduate degree required. Degree in engineering, finance, economics, operations research, mathematics, or a related discipline preferred.
* This position requires Ten (10) or more years' work experience.
* Five (5) or more years' experience in the administration, configuration, or implementation of the Service Now platform or applications.
* Demonstrated experience in implementation and deployment of Service Now modules using Agile Dev Sec Ops  techniques in a client environment
* Demonstrated experience with Service Now platform capabilities in a client environment
* Demonstrated experience with the Service Now Business Rules and the scripting aspects of the Service Now Platform.
* Some travel may be required within CONUS only Desired Experience
* Experience implementing Service Now within a Human Centered Design framework
* Demonstrated experience in configuring and customizing Service Now Service Portal pages and widgets
* Demonstrated experience in configuring and customizing Service Now Work spaces.
* Demonstrated experience with the implementation of Service Now in Customer Service Management (CSM) and one additional module:
Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) domain, Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) or Integrated Risk Management.
* Demonstrated experience implementing Service Now modules to clients in the US Federal Government Desired Certifications
* Service Now Certified System Administrator
* Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM Target salary range: $102,000 - $187,000. The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, skills, and security clearances.
