Required Skills & Experience- 5+ years of professional AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science engineering experience
- Experience designing and deploying production AI systems
- Advanced knowledge of Databricks ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and Generative AI applications
- Strong Python development experience
- SQL expertise
- Experience implementing MLOps best practices
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction
- Experience with AWS Bedrock
- MLflow expertise
- Knowledge of Unity Catalog
- Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Domo
- Previous experience serving as a technical lead or principal engineer
- Master's degree in a technical discipline
