The 20 LLC is a premier MSP delivering enterprise-class IT services across industries. We seek a Regional Service Technician to diagnose and resolve issues on workstations, hardware, software, and networks both on-site in Oklahoma City and remotely as needed. Travel to Ardmore and Tulsa may be required.
You will handle hardware repairs, network cabling, VPN connectivity, and server basics, while maintaining thorough documentation and adhering to SOPs and KPIs.
