Wheel House IT is seeking a customer-focused Tier 1 Support Technician for our Service Desk. This contract-to-hire role is remote for US-based candidates, with preference for Midwest/Central Time Zone locations. Compensation is $18–$20/hr for about 30 hours/week.
You will be the first point of contact, troubleshooting issues and guiding clients to resolution, while collaborating with senior technicians for escalations. Strong MSP and customer-service background is required.
