What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose, repair, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and performance issues
- Remove viruses/malware and optimize systems
- Set up and support home offices (Wi-Fi, printers, remote work setups)
- Provide in-shop (bench) work and onsite support
- Deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships
- Spot opportunities where clients need additional services or support
- 3–5 years of hands‑on computer repair/support experience
- CompTIA A+ Certification (required)
- Strong knowledge of Windows, hardware, and basic networking
- Natural problem‑solver who can think independently
- Strong communication and people skills
- Motivated, curious, and growth‑oriented
