Purpose:Implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. Complete network improvement projects with current network engineer.
Key Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):- (Configure and install various network devices and services (ex. Firewall, Switches, Wireless controller, NMS).
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches and hot fixes.
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
- Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security.
- Managing & keeping track of all network assets (Hardware & software).
- Communicate with HQ network engineers in South Korea to implement & operate Global Mando Network Solutions.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems or related field
- More than 3 years’ experience in the above-mentioned technical areas
- Proven experience managing mid- to large-scale network environment across multiple locations
- Proficiency with BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, and VLAN trunking. Experience with Cisco
- Strong knowledge of firewall management (Palo Alto, PFsense or Cisco) and VPN technologies (IPSEC/SSL)
- Experience managing enterprise-grade Wi-Fi solutions and troubleshooting RF interference.
- Deep understanding of the OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SNMP.
- CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent industry certifications are highly valued.
- Must be at least 18 years of age due to federal labor law requirements.
