Webflow is looking for an IT Support Specialist to be the hands-on technical presence in our San Francisco office. You'll be the first line of support for employees, resolving tickets through our help desk using state of the art, AI powered support tooling, while also owning the technology that makes our office run and our biggest moments land: all hands meetings, events, and day to day audio visual needs.
You'll partner closely with our Workplace Experience team on site builds or modifications, and support onboarding cohorts to make sure new hires start with everything working on day one.

- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- San Francisco, CA (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- $100,000 - $120,000
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll …- Resolve employee tickets through our help desk, leveraging AI powered support tooling to triage, troubleshoot, and close issues efficiently
- Make our AI powered tooling even better by documenting common issues, fixes, and processes to build out our internal knowledge base
- Own audio visual setup and support for all hands meetings, company events, and day to day conference room needs
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across macOS devices, peripherals, and office technology
- Partner with the Workplace Experience team on new site builds, including ordering and provisioning equipment and setting up new office space end to end
- Support IT onboarding for new hire cohorts
- Maintain hardware and software inventory, where necessary
- Escalate complex issues to the right internal teams and follow through to resolution
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with help desk ticketing systems
- Skilled in using AI-powered tools to work efficiently such as MM&MM
- Familiar with supporting audiovisual setups for meetings, presentations, and larger events
- Comfortable troubleshooting macOS environments
- Proficient in new hire onboarding, including account setup, hardware provisioning and day-one enablement
- Ability to perform physical, in-office work such as setting up desks, provisioning equipment, and helping stand up new office spaces and lift up to 20lbs
- Available to work full-time from our San Francisco headquarters, with potential travel to other office locations and occasional work from home
