IT Manager, Security and Platforms

Salary: $155,000 - $165,000 per year

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to join our team. This permanent position will focus on Security and Microsoft Platforms within the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our IT security infrastructure and Microsoft platforms, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of all data in compliance with the organization's policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT security management, identity management, and Microsoft cloud platforms.
• Extensive experience with SIEM, SDWAN, Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki, Fortinet, MS Dynamics, O365, Office
  365, identity, Identity Access management, Intune, Azure, and Defender.
• Strong knowledge of IT security protocols, systems, and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest IT security trends and technologies.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
