Huntsville Memorial Hospital is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to assist clients with hardware and software issues. You will provide on-site or remote technical assistance, set up computer hardware systems, install and upgrade software, and troubleshoot basic IT problems.
You will clearly explain technical solutions in user-friendly terms and may train end users one-on-one. The role requires collaboration with ISD colleagues and adherence to SOPs and service levels.
