NOT A REMOTE POSITION A new opportunity awaits a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Data Specialist at Sante Health System in Fresno, CA. This position is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, data integrity, reporting, analysis, and technical support of the organization's Human Resources Information Systems and related HR technology platforms. This position serves as a systems-focused resource within Human Resources and works closely with other internal departments and external system vendors to ensure HR systems are accurate, secure, reliable, and effectively utilized.
The HRIS & Data Specialist uses technology, data, reporting, and analytical skills to troubleshoot system issues, maintain workforce data, develop reports and metrics, support system configurations and testing, and identify opportunities to improve or automate HR processes.
The ideal candidate is technology-oriented, analytical, highly detail-focused, comfortable working with data, and interested in understanding how systems and processes work together.
Human Resource technology platforms may include but not limited to, iSolved HCM/People Cloud, iSolved HIRE Applicant Tracking Systems, Absence Soft Leave Management, employee and manager self-service functionality and other Human Resources applications and systems.
The HRIS & Data Specialist is expected to maintain a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, professionalism, and customer service while supporting HR technology needs throughout the organization.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred equivalent combination of education, technical training, systems or application support experience, data/analytical experience, HRIS experience, Human Resources experience, or other related professional experience may be considered.
- Previous HR experience is helpful but strong technical aptitude, analytical ability, and systems experience may substitute for direct HRIS experience.

- Experience creating reports, queries, data extracts, or dashboards.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, Pivot Tables, filtering, sorting, and data reconciliation.
- Ability to translate business needs into system or reporting requirements.
- Understanding of user access, permissions, security roles, and confidential data.
- Ability to test system functionality and accurately document testing results.
- Ability to work effectively with Information Technology professionals, HR staff, system vendors, and nontechnical users.

- Administer and support the organization's HRIS/HCM and related HR technology platforms, including employee and manager self-service, recruiting, leave management, and other integrated applications.
- Maintain system configuration and workforce data, including employee records, positions, departments, locations, reporting structures, workflows, business rules, and other HRIS components.
- Perform routine data audits, reconciliations, and validation to identify errors, inconsistencies, or data-quality issues and coordinate necessary corrections.
- Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, queries, workforce metrics, and data extracts to support HR operations, compliance, and management decision-making.
- Analyze HR and system data to identify trends, exceptions, recurring issues, and opportunities for process or system improvement.
- Troubleshoot HRIS functionality and data issues, research root causes, and coordinate resolution with HR, Information Technology, and system vendors as appropriate.
