Remote Pass is seeking a product leader to own the Employment product line:
Global Payroll and Employer of Record, reporting to the CEO. You will shape the roadmap, run discovery with customers and ops, and drive cross-functional execution in a fully remote setup.
The role requires 5+ years in product, with payroll/EOR or HR tech experience, and hands-on AI involvement. Youll grow the team to 2–3 PMs and scale globally with engineering and GTM partners.
