The Director, BFS Solutions will be an integral part of Sutherland’s BFS vertical, with the credibility and expertise to help drive data and insights the company can depend upon.

• Key collaborator to drive a holistic solution and pricing for RFPs, RFIs, proactive proposals etc.
• Lead large RFPs/Proposals end to end including Solutions, Staffing, Location strategy, Planning, Pricing & Commercial structure, proposal response, Presentations. Hold an opportunity together and work with all internal teams to put together a compelling proposal
• Responding to analyst firm RFIs and improve analyst rankings. Collate and gather all required data and information required for the same.
• Project manage large deals and ensure compliance and reviews.
• Collaborates with sales, digital and platform teams to create customer-centered Digital Transformation Roadmap

This role is based out of India and applicants can work remotely anywhere in India.

• 14+ years of overall experience with 5+ years of experience in Solutions in Banking and Financial Services
• Strong Domain knowledge in Banking & Financial Services is required (in minimum one of the following areas - Retail banking / Lending / Cards & Payments
• Ability to create in-depth research, summaries and compelling output
• Excellent and creative with creating client facing presentations
• Digital experience, knowledge. Understanding of latest technologies and tools
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in structuring and developing compelling proposals is required
• Have the flexibility for supporting global working hours and to travel across domestic and global delivery locations
• Ability to independently handle and solution large deals and lead diverse deal team towards common goal and timelines
