Pad Split is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to own analyses end-to-end, build durable reporting, and influence how the business measures performance. You will work across a modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, Hex) to answer high-impact questions and raise analytical standards across the company.
You will write advanced SQL, build dbt models, create trusted dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to define metrics.
