Scale Media, Inc is seeking a mid-level Data Analyst who goes beyond reporting to uncover the truth about customer retention and lifecycle. You will own churn analysis, cohort tracking, and LTV optimization using Klaviyo, Loyalty Lion, Snowflake, and Tableau, collaborating with Brand and Retention teams to translate raw data into revenue growth.
You’ll transform data with KNIME or dbt, or Alteryx/Python, build high-impact dashboards in Tableau, and translate complex queries into actionable
