Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive who will play an important role in enhancing online visibility, driving patient engagement, and generating quality leads for in-house initiatives and clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing, be creative and data-driven, and be able to effectively manage content creation, social media, Google Ads, SEO optimization, and digital campaigns across local markets.

• Create engaging, brand-aligned content for social media, website, and Google Business Profiles.
• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar including educational posts, patient awareness, service highlights, promotions, and testimonials.
• Design and coordinate basic creatives using tools like Canva or similar platforms.
• Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, Nextdoor, Yelp, and Google Business Profiles.
• Publish posts, stories, and updates consistently while monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and reviews professionally.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
• Conduct keyword research, write high-converting ad copy, and monitor budgets, bids, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
• Execute on-page SEO and Local SEO, including Google Business Profile optimization, citation management, and backlink support.
• Monitor SEO performance, rankings, traffic, and engagement using tools like Google Search Console and analytics platforms.
• Track KPIs (leads, calls, traffic, engagement, conversions) and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

• Strong content writing, communication, and copywriting skills
• Hands-on experience in social media management and content planning
• Proficiency in Google Ads, including Search campaign creation and optimization
• Experience with SEO and Local SEO to improve website visibility and rankings
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, Canva, and similar marketing/design tools
