We are looking for you to strengthen our team as a (Junior) Consultant Data Management & Retirement Services (m/w/d). Together we support companies in transforming their SAP landscapes, efficiently managing data, and aligning systems for the future.

• Consultation from the start:
  You will work directly with the customer from the first project – initially alongside experienced colleagues, then step by step with your own topics.
• Data Cleansing & Volume Management:
  You analyze data stocks, support in their cleaning and optimization, and work on the decommissioning of customer systems.
• ILM & Customizing:
  You learn the implementation of ILM requirements in the SAP system and support customizing tasks in customer projects.
• Technical Analyses:
  You support the analysis of system landscapes with Natuvion DCS Analyze and prepare results for customers and project teams.
• Getting to know S/4
  
  HANA projects:
  You work in the conception and implementation phases of S/4
  
  HANA projects and build up your know-how specifically.
• Shape standards:
  You develop standards, methods, and project approaches in data management further and drive automation and AI initiatives forward.
• Workshops & Presentations:
  You contribute to the preparation and conduct of customer workshops.

• Professional
  
  Qualification:
  
  You have completed a degree, for example in (Business) Informatics or Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• First SAP experience:
  You have already worked in the SAP environment – for example as a student assistant, intern, or junior consultant. Points of contact with data management, SAP ILM, or archiving are a plus, but not a must.
• Consultation:
  You have first insights into SAP consultation and now want to develop yourself faster and more visibly than before.
• Technical Understanding:
  You have a solid basic understanding of the SAP architecture and are keen to work on technical and professional concepts.
• Way of Working:
  Analytical thinking, a structured way of working, and a liking for creative solutions characterize you.
• Communication:
  You communicate confidently and approach people openly. Very good German skills complete your profile, the English language is familiar to you.
