We're hiring a Senior/Staff/Principal Product Manager to lead product-led growth (PLG) and self-serve tooling that removes operational toil from the processes around the setup, implementation, onboarding, maintenance, and optimization of all Even Up instances. Your mission is to empower our customers (personal injury law firms) and internal Even Up ops specialists with products and tooling to ensure our customers are quickly getting the most out of everything that Even Up has to offer, starting with building self-service data mapping tools that replace today’s manual & ops-driven workflows.
This is a new seat on our product team, with ample space to define how Even Up's growth motion scales as our customer base expands.
This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working at least 3 days a week from one of our office hubs.
What you’ll doIdentify which of Even Up's customer-facing platform workflows (from implementation, onboarding, maintenance, to optimization) are most operationally inefficient for internal teams and customers, and prioritize based on impact and technical feasibility
Design and ship self-service tooling, starting with data mapping tools, to ultimately reduce manual engineering and operational overhead
Own the metrics that define success for product led growth: number of firms implemented, time-to-implement/onboard, and internal operator hours per onboarding
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and our Operations team to translate manual processes into scalable, self-serve product lines
Write PRDs and user stories, run customer conversations, build QA tests, and create enablement material full-cycle ownership from problem discovery through post-launch iteration
Thoughtfully incorporate LLM/LMM powered technology into the products that you build to drive customer growth forward, and build guardrails, evals, and feedback loops to support it
4+ years of B2B product management experience, with hands‑on ownership of customer-facing products involving the automation of manual/operational workflows, heavy data transformation, ETL, and/or data migration/mapping
A track record of shipping products that drove measurable customer adoption and impact
Comfort across the full PM toolkit — PRDs, user stories, customer interviews, QA, GTM enablement
Strong storytelling and written/verbal communication
Exhibits strong systems thinking and exceptional at pattern matching
(Nice to have) Background as a data engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or data product manager
(Nice to have) Hands‑on experience with data warehousing, ETL, and/or data orchestration tools (Databricks, Snowflake, Big Query, Redshift, Airflow)
(Nice to have) Familiarity with Claude, Claude Code, Claude Design, Figma, Jira, or SQL
