Forbright Bank is seeking a Service Desk Technician to deliver high-quality technical support to bank staff and assist the IT team with daily system checks, ticket management, and imaging. The role involves on-call support, inventory tracking, and remote/hybrid work options.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in a Help Desk role, strong MS Office and AD/Azure skills, and a proactive, customer-service mindset. A Bachelor’s in IT is preferred but not required.
