- Support SONIFI Sales and Implementation activities from a technical perspective by conducting site surveys and survey assessments at customer locations, evaluating site-specific environments, and helping determine the optimal delivery and support approach for SONIFI solutions.
- Identify and present key technical value propositions to customers and, in partnership with Sales and Sales Engineering, translate those technical capabilities into ancillary sales opportunities where appropriate. Educate current and prospective customers on how SONIFI solutions function and represent SONIFI through written communication, phone conversations, and public presentations.
- Address customer technical questions and participate in the development of Scope of Work documents and requirements. - Collaborate with Engineering, Training, Technical Writing, and other internal departments to support knowledge transfer, discuss technologies, document solutions, and strengthen SONIFI's ability to successfully implement and support its technology.
- Independently analyze complex and unique technical or business issues that could prevent projects or tasks from being completed within desired timelines. Apply technical experience and expertise to recommend and implement solutions, set priorities, define project-specific tasks, and develop strategies while communicating risks, issues, and recommendations to appropriate stakeholders.
- Remain current on emerging technologies through professional groups, internal and external training, independent research, study, and other available resources. Serve as a champion of learning, process improvement, and project management within the team while providing mentorship, work direction, training, and task management to associated team members without direct supervisory responsibility.
