Epic Training Manager
Contract Duration: 12 months
Seeking for an Epic Training Manager to lead an enterprise-wide Epic training program. This role will oversee training strategy, curriculum development, training operations, user readiness, and training effectiveness for Epic implementations, upgrades, workflow changes, and optimization initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Epic training team and overall training operations.
- Develop and maintain Epic training strategies, curricula, materials, and standards.
- Coordinate training for Epic implementations, upgrades, workflow changes, and new functionality.
- Develop training plans, schedules, communications, and readiness milestones.
- Partner with Epic application managers, analysts, clinical/business leaders, and governance teams.
- Monitor training completion, competency, effectiveness, and user feedback.
- Ensure training materials align with approved Epic workflows and organizational policies.
- Support Epic go-live and post-go-live training, including at-the-elbow support.
- Standardize training processes across multiple facilities and clinical environments.
- Provide leadership with training status, metrics, risks, and recommendations.
- Experience leading or managing Epic training programs in healthcare environments.
- Experience with Epic curriculum development and training operations.
- Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, and go-live activities.
- Experience with training needs assessment and organizational readiness.
- Strong understanding of healthcare clinical and operational workflows.
- Experience working with Epic analysts, application teams, clinical leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience as an Epic Training Manager, Epic Training Lead, or Epic Principal Trainer.
- Experience with multi-facility Epic training programs.
- Experience with at-the-elbow go-live support.
