【Summary】

This Company is establishing and expanding its U.S. business in the sourcing, wholesale, and distribution of prescription pharmaceutical products, over-the-counter (OTC) drugs, dietary supplements, and related consumer-health products. The IT Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the Company’s U.S. information-technology environment is stable, secure, efficient, and aligned with Company requirements and the Hong Kong parent company’s IT standards and initiatives. This hands‑on role provides day‑to‑day user support and manages the setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, and improvement of office technology, network connectivity, telecommunications, business applications, user devices, access controls, and IT assets.

The IT Specialist will serve as the principal onsite IT resource for the U.S. operation and will coordinate closely with the Hong Kong parent‑company IT team and qualified outside vendors to support secure and reliable business operations.

【Key Responsibility】 End-User Support
  • Provide timely first-line and second-line technical support to employees for computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, telephones, email, collaboration tools, remote access, network connectivity, and business applications.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, document, and resolve hardware, software, access, printing, connectivity, and user-account issues.
  • Provide practical user guidance and basic training on Company systems, cybersecurity practices, collaboration tools, file storage, device use, and remote-working procedures.
  • Maintain an organized IT support log or ticket record, prioritize urgent issues, communicate status clearly, and elevate matters that require vendor or headquarters assistance.
  • Support executives and employees with meeting-room technology, video conferencing, presentations, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and related communication tools.
IT Infrastructure and Devices
  • Set up, configure, deploy, maintain, and replace desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, mobile devices, phones, accessories, and other office technology.
  • Support and maintain office network infrastructure, including internet connections, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN access, printers, and basic telecommunications equipment.
  • Coordinate with internet service providers, telephone providers, managed-service providers, equipment suppliers, and other outside vendors to resolve service issues and implement improvements.
  • Monitor the reliability, capacity, and performance of core office technology and recommend upgrades, replacements, or improvements when needed.
  • Support office expansion, employee moves, new workstations, meeting rooms, and other technology requirements as the U.S. business grows.
  • Ensure equipment is properly configured, labeled, assigned, stored, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with Company policies.
Systems, Accounts, and Applications
  • Administer or support user accounts, access permissions, email, shared mailboxes, file-sharing platforms, collaboration tools, calendars, remote-access tools and other business applications, within assigned authority.
  • Support Microsoft 365 or equivalent productivity, email, document-management, file-storage, and collaboration platforms.
  • Install, update, configure, test, and support approved software applications and operating-system updates.
  • Assist with deployment and support of business systems used for purchasing, inventory, documentation, financial administration, customer management, reporting, and other operational needs.
  • Coordinate system access and technical requirements with the Hong Kong parent company and ensure local systems remain compatible with applicable group standards.
  • Support employee onboarding by preparing equipment, provisioning approved accounts and access, configuring applications, and providing basic system orientation.
  • Support employee offboarding by disabling access promptly, recovering Company equipment, securing data, and maintaining accurate records.
