Team Logic IT Colorado Springs seeks a Level 1 Help Desk Technician to maintain smooth IT operations and support end users. You’ll resolve issues, onboard new hires, and manage assets while delivering excellent customer service.
Ideal candidates have CompTIA A+ and Network+ or equivalent, experience with Office 365, Active Directory familiarity, and the ability to work both remotely and on-site as needed within a dynamic team.
