- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making
- Assist in developing and implementing data models, algorithms, and predictive models
- Use statistical and machine learning techniques to extract knowledge and patterns from data
- Help develop innovative ways to increase data intelligence within the business
- Present analysis results to leaders and colleagues
- Gain hands‑on experience supporting Marketing, Lending, Indirect Lending, and Warranties business verticals
- Work on‑site Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, from the Tempe or Dallas home offices
- Bachelor's or master's student graduating between December 2027 and May 2028
- Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Able to read and write in Python
- Working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and Excel
- Understanding of the Data Science Life Cycle
- Strong attention to detail
- Intellectual curiosity
- Strong problem‑solving ability
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Successful completion of background and drug screening
Demonstrates expertise in data analysis, statistical techniques, and machine learning to drive business insights and decision‑making. Proficient in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau, with a strong understanding of the Data Science Life Cycle.
