Business Intelligence Analyst

• Build intuitive, visual dashboards for cross-functional business stakeholders to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Analyze multi-location operational data to identify key trends and anomalies.
• Translate raw data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, operations, technical, and training teams to gather reporting requirements and document data needs.
• Deliver timely reporting solutions.
• Maintain data integrity and streamline platform organization.
• Follow technical protocols and document business logic.
• Keep reporting environments clean.
• Educate stakeholders on data governance best practices.
• Create simple user guides and help train team members on self-service reporting tools.
• Assist in preparing and presenting findings, custom reporting solutions, and key metrics to senior leadership and operational teams.
• Work at the Support Center in Houston, Texas, with remote/home work options on Mondays and Fridays.
• Travel less than 10% to company conferences or offsite meetings may be required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward learning new software, tools, and company-specific data protocols.
• Proven ability to follow complex technical instructions, manage project timelines, and communicate progress clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to assist in writing/debugging SQL code and accelerating data documentation.
• Foundational proficiency in SQL.
• Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables and logic formulas.
• Exposure to modern BI tools such as Domo, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Ability to occasionally bend, twist, and turn.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Demonstrates expertise in data analysis and reporting, with a strong foundation in SQL and advanced Excel skills. Proficient in utilizing modern BI tools to create actionable insights and support decision‑making across various business functions.
