Parasol Alliance is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support, onsite hardware/software assistance, and customer-focused service across multiple locations. The role requires strong communication, familiarity with Active Directory, Office Suite, Windows OS, Exchange, and basic networking.
Onsite schedule includes travel to five locations, four days every other week. Healthcare experience is a plus; at least three years of level one support in an enterprise environment
