Location: New York
LISS Technologies is seeking a Client Services Onsite Support Engineer to join a client-facing team. The role is full-time and onsite at a single client site in New York, with Fridays remote. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic system issues while delivering prompt, courteous support to end users and IT staff.
As an embedded member of the client’s team, you’ll document issues, follow SOPs, and escalate complex problems as needed. Strong communication and reliability are essential.
