We are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to design, build, and support analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled solutions that drive business and client decision-making. This role combines business intelligence, data engineering, automation, and AI technologies to deliver scalable, reliable, and actionable insights.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using AWS Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Build data transformation, analytics, and reporting pipelines using SQL, Python, and related technologies.
• Analyze complex datasets and translate business requirements into actionable insights.
• Partner with business, product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
• Create reusable data models, reporting standards, and automation frameworks.
• Leverage AI tools and automation technologies to improve development speed, quality, and efficiency.
• Document solutions and provide support for production reporting environments.

• 6+ years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields.
• Experience with BI tools such as AWS Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• SQL skills and experience using Python for analytics or automation.
• Experience working with structured and semi-structured data.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Git Hub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Amazon Q, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Experience building automation solutions using Python, APIs, AI frameworks, or workflow tools.
• Experience with Alteryx, AWS cloud services, or modern data platforms.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and compliance standards.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale analytics and reporting environments.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
