Heritage Companies in New Mexico is seeking an IT Technician I to be the first point of contact for technology issues across our hotels, restaurants and operations. You will troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity, install devices, and document requests through Fresh service.
You will travel between Heritage properties, support onboarding/offboarding, manage Google Workspace access and assist with POS and guest-room tech systems.
