Location: Tallahassee
Inserso Corporation is seeking a Network Support Technician to provide both onsite and remote Tier 2 support for our DHS customers. The position involves troubleshooting various IT issues, including hardware and software, to minimize user downtime.
The ideal candidate should have an Associate degree or equivalent experience and at least 1 year of IT support experience. Responsibilities will include providing LAN administrator support, maintaining system health, and assisting users with network attached devices.
