Senior Dynamics 365 & Business Applications Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 & Business Applications Analyst to join a growing Information Systems team supporting enterprise-wide business applications and digital transformation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dynamics professional to play a key role in the continued adoption and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across finance, supply chain, inventory, and business operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a primary technical owner and support resource for Dynamics 365, partnering closely with developers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.

• Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 base salary
• Bonus:
  Annual performance-based bonus
• Work Arrangement:
  Primarily onsite. Potential work-from-home flexibility on Fridays following an initial onboarding period based on performance and business needs.

• Serve as a lead support and configuration resource for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with developers on solution design and implementation.
• Configure and maintain workflows, approvals, security roles, and permissions within Dynamics 365.
• Support system integrations between Dynamics 365 and related applications, portals, and business systems.
• Lead and participate in testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, and deployment activities.
• Create and maintain technical and end-user documentation for system changes, business processes, and application enhancements.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing support to business users.
• Assist with implementation projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management and/or Dynamics AX.
• Strong hands‑on experience configuring Dynamics 365 applications.
• Experience with Dynamics AX 2012.
• Knowledge of workflows, approvals, security roles, and business process management.
• Experience supporting integration and collaborating directly with development teams.
• Strong documentation, testing, and implementation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, chemicals, industrial operations, or related industries.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
