Client Services Manager

Now espell is seeking a client services manager to join our team.

• provide prompt and excellent client services to espell’s global enterprise clients to deliver exceptional client experience
• negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients
• efficiently and professionally resolve complex client issues
• follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality and customer service
• develop new business opportunities and grow new business from existing clients
• prepare regular reports on account performance, revenue forecasts, and client feedback
• stay updated on industry trends and competitors to build business strategies and maintain a competitive edge

• demonstrated background in multilingual communications, and/or translation and localization
• understanding of translation workflows, quality processes, technology and solutions
• ability to successfully manage customer relationships
• outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• ability to research, analyse and prioritize opportunities with clients
• innovative, creative thinking skills
• empathy and ability to anticipate the needs of clients
• outstanding organizational and time management skills
• fluency in English is a must, German or other languages is an advantage
• excellent computer literacy
