WOW! is seeking a Technical Support Specialist
- Commercial to provide first-level support for WOW! Business Voice & Data products to SMB and Enterprise customers in a 24/7 environment. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate issues while delivering excellent service.
Requires 1 year of telecom or call center experience, strong communication, and knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VoIP, and SIP. Remote work options are available for residents of OH or FL with full-time commitment.
