Position
Healthcare Staffing/Recruitment Team Lead – Epic OpTime/Anesthesia Analyst (6‑month remote contract, limited travel to Fort Lauderdale area once or twice). This consultant will lead critical support and leadership during high demand and upcoming system changes, stabilizing workloads, preparing for major initiatives, and driving a successful upgrade and implementation.
Base pay range$75.00/hr – $85.00/hr
Qualifications- Strong understanding of perioperative and anesthesia workflows
- Previous consulting or healthcare IT project experience preferred
- Analyze, design, build, and test Epic OpTime/Anesthesia functionality
- Support surgical and anesthesia workflows through system optimization
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in collaboration with clinical stakeholders
- Participate in system upgrades, testing cycles, and integration efforts
- Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and end‑user support
