Relativity is seeking a Technical Account Manager to proactively support customers using the Relativity platform, guiding strategic success plans and collaborating with Product and Engineering to resolve complex incidents.
You will manage technical relationships, drive cross-functional initiatives, and travel up to 10% for customer engagements in a remote/hybrid environment across the United States. Strong SQL and Windows experience are preferred, with ITIL familiarity helpful.
