Dignotion is looking for a strategic and hands-on SEO Manager to lead organic growth initiatives across a portfolio of websites. This role combines technical SEO expertise, content optimization, and outreach capabilities to drive rankings, traffic, and visibility.
You’ll be responsible for end-to-end SEO strategy—from keyword and competitor research to link building, metadata management, and performance reporting. We’re looking for someone with a results-driven mindset who can work independently and thrive in a dynamic digital environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Manage site architecture, internal linking, metadata, and technical SEO factors
- Collaborate with content creators to guide SEO-driven content development
- Nurture relationships with publishers, bloggers, and industry influencers for link-building
- Monitor rankings, conduct SEO audits, and file disavow reports as needed
- Use tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog to guide improvements
- Run and analyze conversion optimization tests (e.g., via Google Optimize)
- Support content distribution through social media channels when applicable
- Report regularly on performance metrics and ongoing optimization efforts
- 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a performance-driven environment
- Deep understanding of current SEO best practices and algorithm trends
- Proficient with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
- Experience with content planning, creation workflows, and CMS platforms (e.g., Word Press)
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, structured data, and web performance principles
- Experience with outreach, link-building campaigns, and earned media placements
- Excellent written and verbal English; strong communicator and self-starter
- Able to work remotely and manage deadlines independently
- SEO experience in competitive or regulated industries (e.g., iGaming, finance, health)
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Woo Commerce, Shopify)
- Experience with international SEO and multi-language site structures
- Fully remote or hybrid (NYC-based optional)
- Flexible working hours (preferably within U.S. Eastern Time)
- Project-based or part-time engagement with autonomy and growth opportunities
- Chance to work with a senior team across performance-focused digital campaigns
