Project Planning and Management

• Project Leadership from Start to Finish:
  You will be responsible for the planning, management, and successful execution of projects – from initiation through conception to completion and handover to departments.
• Scope, Time, and Budget Management:
  You will define project goals, create reliable project plans, and ensure timely, quality, and budget-compliant execution.
• Resource Planning:
  You will plan the deployment of personnel and technical resources proactively and coordinate their availability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Methodical Project Management:
  You will apply classical, agile, and hybrid project management methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2, PMI) appropriately to the situation.

Risk and Quality Management

• Risk Management:
  
  You will identify project risks early, develop countermeasures, and ensure project success through proactive actions.
• Quality Assurance:
  You will ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Issue and Change Management:
  You will manage changes systematically, assess their impact, and make informed decisions to adjust the project trajectory.

Team Leadership and Implementation

• Leadership of Interdisciplinary Teams:
  You will lead cross-functional project teams and create a high-performing, motivating work environment.
• Coordination of Internal and External Partners:
  You will manage all project stakeholders and work closely with internal departments, external service providers, and technology partners.
• Piloting and Rollout:
  You will oversee the implementation of pilot projects and their scaling and productive transition into the line organization.

Stakeholder Management and Communication

• Interface Management:
  You will work closely with relevant departments and coordinate the collaboration between different company areas.
• Stakeholder Management:
  You will identify relevant stakeholders, manage their expectations actively, and ensure transparent, target-oriented communication.
• Reporting and Steering Committees:
  You will regularly report on project progress, milestones, and results to the management level and prepare decision-making documents professionally.
• Documentation:
  You will document project outcomes and decisions comprehensively and transparently for various audiences.

Change Management and Continuous Improvement

• Change & Enablement:
  You will actively support change processes, promote the acceptance of new solutions, and drive the digital transformation.
• Lessons Learned:
  You will ensure knowledge transfer and contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management standards.

• Completed degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in leading complex projects, ideally in the healthcare or life sciences sector
• Passion for the healthcare sector – terms like GKV-SV, ÖGD, DiGA, and ePA are familiar to you
• Profound knowledge of classical and agile project management methods (Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2, PMI, etc.); a certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) is advantageous
• Proficient use of common project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
• Strong analytical and strategic skills, as well as a structured, solution-oriented approach
• Self-initiative, sense of responsibility, and integrity
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, and a joy in interdisciplinary collaboration
• Persuasiveness, diplomatic skills, and a confident demeanor towards stakeholders at all levels
• Very good German and English language skills (C-Level)
