Required
Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Technology Leadership roles with demonstrated success delivering complex healthcare technology solutions. Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including designing and deploying production-scale AI solutions. Deep understanding of healthcare technology ecosystems, data standards, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, FHIR, HL7, healthcare analytics, and healthcare operations.
Proven ability to collaborate across executive leadership, business stakeholders, product teams, data organizations, and engineering teams to define strategy and drive execution. Experience leading architecture reviews, technology evaluations, modernization initiatives, and enterprise-wide transformation programs while mentoring and developing technical talent.

Expertise with FHIR HL7 standards Cloud certifications within Salesforce, GCP, Azure, or AWS Experience in large scale migration efforts
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to lead the identification, design, execution, and deployment of AI-driven healthcare solutions that deliver measurable business and clinical outcomes. This strategic and hands-on leadership role requires deep expertise in artificial intelligence, cloud-native architectures, healthcare technology, and enterprise solution design. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Product, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to transform innovative concepts into scalable, production-ready AI platforms and applications.
Responsibilities include defining AI strategy and solution roadmaps, evaluating emerging technologies, leading architecture and design reviews, developing scalable cloud-based architectures, and overseeing implementation from concept through deployment. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, identifying opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation to enhance healthcare operations, member/provider experiences, and clinical outcomes.
The AI Solutions Architect will also drive modernization initiatives across the healthcare technology landscape, establish architectural standards and best practices, mentor architects and technical teams, and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements while delivering tangible business value.
