Customer Support Specialist

Job Overview

The Software Support Specialist provides first-line support for Vehlo software, resolving issues, handling tickets, and collaborating with management and sales teams to improve product usage.

• Resolve software problems, reassign or escalates advanced inquiries to appropriate technicians.
• Record data needed to analyze problems and track resolutions.
• Prepare, present, and report help desk/software issues and activity for management review.
• Demonstrate complete understanding of the software and handle all user inquiries.
• Work closely with management to ensure product/software scope and direction remain on schedule.
• Act as liaison for the sales team to evaluate and promote current promotional materials.
• Document all work activity in the company CRM to notify relevant personnel.
• Perform other software support agent duties as assigned.
• Travel up to 5% of time if required.

• 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to explain technical information to nontechnical staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Processing/Software experience preferred.
