Job Description
Summary:
The Business Analytics & Reporting Architect I leads the design, governance, and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. This role serves as a strategic partner to business leadership, transforming complex data into actionable insights while establishing scalable reporting frameworks, governance standards, and business intelligence capabilities that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to define reporting, analytics, AI, and business intelligence requirements. Design and deliver dashboards, KPI scorecards, data models, AI-enabled insights, and visualizations using Power BI, Oracle, Qlik, and related analytics platforms. Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions by integrating data across multiple systems and sources. Analyze, validate, and govern data to ensure accuracy, identify quality issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Provide business insights, trend analysis, forecasting, and ad hoc analytics to support operational and strategic decision-making. Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to acquire, manage, and optimize enterprise data assets. Lead reporting priorities, project backlogs, stakeholder communications, and solution delivery. Drive automation, self-service analytics, AI adoption, and reporting innovation to improve business performance and decision-making. Establish reporting standards, KPI definitions, governance processes, and analytics best practices.
Mentor and provide technical leadership to analytics and reporting team members.
Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, Data Management, or a related field with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and a master's degree; or equivalent related experience Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive change, and lead analytics initiatives across the organization. Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, from operational teams to executive leadership.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional priorities and delivering analytics solutions across multiple business areas and geographies. Advanced experience with Business Intelligence and analytics platforms including Power BI, Oracle, SQL, cloud-based data environments, and data modeling. Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Machine Learning, Copilot technologies, or predictive analytics to improve business insights and operational efficiency. Experience developing automated workflows, low-code applications, or business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform is a plus, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights and executive-level recommendations. Highly self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong project leadership skills with experience managing reporting roadmaps, stakeholder expectations, and delivery commitments.
Hybrid:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site;
