Purpose and Impact:
The Course Facilitator (Level
2) provides senior facilitation support for a virtual course delivery. In addition to Level I duties, the Level 2 facilitator leads identification and documentation of systemic student-impacting issues and grading/feedback defects, coordinates escalations across LMS/Software/QA/IT teams, performs quality control review of facilitator-generated reporting inputs, and maintains facilitator procedures/job aids in version-controlled formats as directed. The facilitator performs troubleshooting and support within authorized permissions and escalates platform/infrastructure changes to the responsible technical roles.
The Course Facilitator's reporting focuses on learner experience and course workflow support, including progress monitoring inputs, defect trends, and grading/feedback behavior validation, rather than roster/attendance ownership.

Essential Responsibilities:- The Level 2 Course Facilitator shall possess the following capabilities:
- Effectively communicate. Be adept at effectively communicating to a broad range of individuals from varied backgrounds.
- Ability to review automated graded activities quickly and determine if grading was applied appropriately.
- Lead identification and documentation of systemic grading/feedback defects; coordinate with LMS administrators/software engineers to support timely correction and regression verification.
- Troubleshoot students' issues with virtual learning courses.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of student-impacting workflow issues (VM connection issues, novel student issues, novel content issues) and coordinate escalations across technical teams.
- Demonstrate exceptionally professional conduct in performance of duties.
- Provide quality control review of facilitator-generated reporting inputs/metrics prior to submission (accuracy checks, trend flags, data anomalies) as required by Government directed reporting cadence.
- Provide guidance and feedback to students pertaining to general networking systems, operating systems, and technical writing.
- Support continuous improvement of automated feedback by recommending enhancements that increase specificity (references to exercises/content) and reduce ambiguity, consistent with SOW feedback requirements. Assist in maintaining facilitator procedures/job aids (runbooks/checklists) in editable, version-controlled formats as directed.
- TS/SCI preferred
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Education/instructional Technology, Engineering, or related field and four (4) years of relevant experience; OR
- Bachelor's degree in the same fields and six
6) years of relevant experience; OR - Associate's degree (or 18 semester hours of military coursework/training in a related field) and eight (8) years of relevant experience; OR
- High school diploma/GED and ten (10) years of relevant experience; OR
- Experience with in last two (2) years as a certified T50 Exploiter Trainer and five (5) years of IO or EA experience
- Relevant experience includes Level I experience plus lead facilitator responsibilities such as mentoring junior facilitators, leading identification/documentation of systemic grading/feedback defects, coordinating cross-team defect resolution (LMS Admin/Software/QA), performing quality control of facilitator reporting inputs/metrics, and maintaining facilitator procedures/runbooks.
- Experience serving as lead facilitator (or equivalent) for technical training, including mentoring junior facilitators and standardizing facilitation practices is preferred.
- Experience coordinating issue resolution with LMS Administrators, Software Engineers, QA/Pest, and instructors; tracking issues to closure and validating fixes/regressions is preferred.
- Experience identifying and documenting systemic grading/feedback, defects and recurring learner workflow issues, including development of clear defect reports and supporting evidence, are preferred.
