Remote Service Delivery Manager​/Technical PM

Job Description

This role will lead end-to-end delivery of Azure and hybrid infrastructure projects, ensuring successful execution from planning and architecture through deployment, go-live, hypercare and operational handoff. The team is supporting cloud transformation initiatives and needs someone who can manage project delivery while also understanding the underlying infrastructure. The environment is highly project-driven, with approximately 5 major projects running annually.

• Lead infrastructure projects across Azure and hybrid environments
• Own project schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
• Review architecture and engineering deliverables
• Coordinate infrastructure, networking, security, identity, storage, and platform teams
• Facilitate project meetings and executive status updates
• Support implementation activities, cutovers, and hypercare
• Troubleshoot deployment and operational issues
• Approximately 50% project management and 50% infrastructure support/troubleshooting

• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience
• 5+ years managing Azure or cloud infrastructure projects
• Previous hands-on experience as a Server Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer, or Azure Administrator
• Strong Azure infrastructure knowledge including:
  • IaaS
  • PaaS
  • Hybrid environments
  • SaaS environments
• Windows Server and Linux experience
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects involving:
  • Networking
  • Identity & Access Management
  • Security
  • Storage
  • Compute
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Jira, MS Project or Smartsheet
• Fluent in English - will be speaking with key stake holders
• Azure landing zones and governance experience
• M&A infrastructure integration experience
• Power Shell scripting
• Infrastructure automation experience
• Agile, Scrum, or SAFe experience and/ or certification
