Responsibilities- Manage multiple website development projects from kickoff through launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Word Press developers, designers, SEO specialists, copywriters, and QA, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Define project scope, priorities, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients by providing project updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues proactively.
- Review deliverables before client presentation to ensure quality, functionality, SEO best practices, accessibility, and alignment with project requirements.
- Identify project risks, remove blockers, and keep projects moving efficiently.
- Professional-level English proficiency (C1 or higher).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience managing Word Press website development projects within a digital marketing agency or web development agency.
- Strong understanding of the Word Press website development lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, QA, launch, and post-launch support.
- Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, SEO specialists, and content teams.
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar.
- Hands-on experience with Word Press, including basic site configuration and content management.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Familiarity with website performance, Core Web Vitals, technical SEO, and accessibility best practices.
- Experience working with website builders such as Elementor, Divi, or Gutenberg.
- Project Management certification.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Able to provide at least 7 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday).
