ImageRight Engineer - Remote

10 is currently seeking an Image Right Engineer for a contract position with a Major Insurance Company located in San Antonio, TX. This position is fully remote. Compensation: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:

This role will support a highly integrated, enterprise-wide Image Right document management and workflow system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support, including a necessary version upgrade and ongoing integration efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure Image Right through the Enterprise Management Console Design, develop, and maintain workflows using Workflow Studio Design, configure, test, troubleshoot, and support Image Right import processes, including email, scanning, FUP, and COLD imports Provide production support, including issue investigation, resolution, root-cause analysis, and communication with stakeholders Partner with business users, application teams, and technical stakeholders to deliver effective solutions Primary Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Image Right versions 7.0 and 25R1 Demonstrated experience configuring Image Right through the Enterprise Management Console and designing, developing, and maintaining workflows using Workflow Studio Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and the Image Right database, including database structure, tables, schemas, relationships, and writing queries to support reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting Experience working with the Image Right Desktop and Browser Client, with an understanding of the key features, functionality, and configuration of each Demonstrated hands-on experience designing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting Image Right import processes Working knowledge of Image Right REST APIs and SignalR, including their application in integrations and system functionality Experience developing or scripting with one or more of the following: C#, .NET,

Visual Basic, and Power Shell Familiarity with Windows Server environments, including the installation, configuration, and support of Image Right components Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues using Image Right logs, server logs, and application information Experience providing production support, including issue investigation, resolution, and root-cause analysis Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio and its use in developing, debugging, and maintaining applications or integrations Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with business and technical teams Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis
